Booking & Payment Policy

By completing your reservation, you agree to JM Ride CR's booking terms. To secure your spot, a non-refundable booking fee of $25 USD is charged at the time of confirmation.

The $25 booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

The remaining balance is due upon pickup at your hotel on the day of the tour. Payment can be made in cash (USD or CRC) or by card.

Cancellations 72+ hours before the tour date receive a full refund of any payments beyond the booking fee. Cancellations within 48–72 hours receive a 50% refund of the remaining balance.

JM Ride CR reserves the right to cancel tours due to severe weather or force majeure. In such cases, a full refund including the booking fee will be issued.

Participants must follow safety instructions provided by guides at all times.
